Donations

During this holiday season we at the Great Falls Warrior Down would like to reach out to our visitors seeking a non-tax deductible donation. We are asking only for a $1.00 donation. We understand during these tough economic times with many of our Brothers and Sisters unemployed that often times we are often bombarded with solicitations to donate to a worthy cause. The donation request from these solicitations often are more than we can afford at these tough times. Many of us may feel some guilt because we can not donate to a worthy cause. We decided that we would solicit for only $1.00 which is often times less than buying a cup of coffee.

You may be asking why should I donate to this effort? We encouarge our first time visitors and returning visitors to click the "What is Warrior Down all about?" link in the menu to the left. Here you will learn more about what the Warrior Down program is all about. In addition, we would like to invite and encourage you to read some of our testimonials from those Warrior's who have joined our program learning about how it has changed their lives. The first testimonial will be from the Founder and President of Sacred Web Recovery Coalition, the parent organization for Great Falls Warrior Down. Tommy Stiffarm formed Sacred Web Recovery Coalition and brought the Warrior Down program to Great Falls, MT in 2006. We have grown since our creation from meeting as a Recovery Support group to helping with our parent company's goal of creating other Warrior Down programs in other communities where many of our Brothers and Sisters continually struggle with trying to find a Recovery Support program that they can relate to. Often times these Brothers and Sisters will relapse returning to inpatient Treatment Centers or return back to prison or jail. It is their cries and requests for their own Warrior Down program to help them that we are continually seeking funds to help with our efforts.
